Thursday, April 27, 2023 - En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Six (Bordeaux): very slightly reductive initially then polished oak, sweet spice, a little toast, caramel married to dark hued fruits, a little alcohol prickle, touch of plum. In the mouth it has medium plus intensity acidity with dark hued fruits in the ascendancy married to polished oak, dense and intense, balanced and bold but not quite there for me yet. Hmm.
