Thursday, September 25, 2008 - deeeeeeeeelish. enough quinine to satisfy any gin and tonic lover! plush texture with the trademark chenin zap of acidity. perhaps not the depth of the 2004, and certainly not as sweet or layered as 2005. regardless, I love this stuff.
