A: Bubbles don't last lon in the glass. Medium sized beads. Light gold with green tinge.
N: Midl yeast and apple. Shy nose. Intensity lacking.
P:There is far more on the palate. Toasted nut, minerality, pecan shells, apple, pear skin, medium body. Good acid here. Something earthy at the end and the alcohol burns yet its only 12%.More wood than fruit.

C: Got some wood which intensifies as it warms . Need this one ice cold.Sufficient orchard and citrus early on to keep me going. Bought for 20 GBP from airport. Good for cocktails, i think. Wouldn't buy this to drink on its own.
