Saturday, October 21, 2023 - The 2022 is a blend of 48% Sauvignon Blanc and 52% Sémillon that sees ageing 30% in new barrels, 70% in barrels of one and two years.
On the nose this wine shows notes of white flowers and orchard blossoms that come along with scents of apple, pear and white peach laced with lemon and lime citrus, saline and minerals.
On the palate the almost fleshy texture is cut but the focused and lively acidity. Flavors follow the nose with plenty of citrus, apple and pear, orange blossom, peach and salty minerals. The finish lingers pleasantly.
