Thursday, June 29, 2023 - Light pale pink in color. Full, fragrant & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of strawberries, cherries & watermelon with overtones of floral notes, some spices & minerals. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, crisp, ripe fruit flavors of strawberries, cranberries & sour cherries with some spices & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present but definitely best consumed in its youth. An indicative blend of Syrah 70% and Grenache Noir 30%.
