Sunday, August 20, 2017 - Cork broke as I was opening the bottle which tells me it was time to uncork this bottle. We drank it with a 2009 Volnay-Santenots, and to me it was interesting to taste the constancy of this particular wine, 20 years apart: tastes change, the wine remains the same.
