Saturday, February 11, 2006 - Still very big and forward compared to what I was expecting after almost 10 years of age. I will definitely let my other bottle age for a few more years because I think the secondary aromas that develop in Ridge's Zins (especially Geyserville) are well worth the wait. For the moment the wine is very new-worldish and difficult to pair with food.
