Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - Amazing expressive nose. Peppery, fruity, leathery, (insert your superlative here). Velvety in the mouth with minimal noticeable tannin and a smooth finish. Drinking great now, and has at least 5 years of life. Actually paired very well with salmon burgers.
