Thursday, April 14, 2016 - Inky dark purple, black berries and iodine. Dry, tart blue and black fruit, bold fruit and body with bold and chewy tannins. Blue berries with some iodine, roast beef, not quite ripe Himalayan blackberries with substantial stemmy tannins and a bit of bitter. Plenty of time for aging left.
