Thursday, February 25, 2010 - Very ripe, with blackberry, roasted herbs and purple flowers framed by toasty oak on the nose. Big, full-throttle flavors showcasing blackberry, brown spice and a slightly bitter cherry pit element on the finish. Nice drink, but doesn't posses the depth or harmony typical from Carlisle. May come together with some age. Drink now-2015. 88 pts.
