I really do love to age Mike's wines... IMO they gain a lot of complexity with time and do not lose their youthful appeal. Blackberry/blueberry notes, brambles, with air - very floral with violets and savory herbs... the nose is very complex and appealing. mid is ripe but juicy and fresh, with plum and cassis notes over the spicy(black pepper) herbal touches. another winner from Carlisle. Do give them time!
