Thursday, July 27, 2023 - This was unexpected, opened at abt 5pm for dinner. And it took a little more time in the glass but I would say this is drinking at its best now but with many more years to come. Lots of secondary flavours, tea leaves, Sandlewood but giving so much delicate chambolle pleasure right now as well. It was balanced and showing beautifully and paired nicely with light sausage and meats. The only reason I didn’t score this more highly was the concentration/density could have been better.
