Sunday, September 20, 2015 - Burg Dinner with Friends (Formento's - Chicago IL): I haven't had this wine in several years, and it is really showing perfectly right now. Perfectly mature black cherry with great savory spice and good length. Textures and nuance kept evolving in exciting directions. This was open almost two hours before serving, which might have been slightly excessive since it was best when first served, but less interesting when finished.
