Sunday, October 30, 2005 - 100% Cabernet Franc, old vines just outside Bonnezeaux. Rather full, dark and spicy for Anjou, excellent ripe fruit, undergrowth; on the palate still a bit hard but lovely velouté; a wine with spunk, needs food right now.
