Sunday, December 13, 2020 - Perfect dark garnet , with very little fading at the rims. Blackberry, blueberry, tobacco and cedar nose, with hints of raspberry and mushrooms. Very dense on the palate, with lots of umami giving it that onctous mouthfeel, complemented by that vanilla touch that remains in old wines when high class oak has been used. Very well balanced, with noteable acidity and very fine and elegant tannins. Taste lingers for minutes on your tongue. Very fine plus.
