Thursday, April 2, 2009 - Really enjoyed this wine. Still very vibrant with an aggressive mousse and acidic backbone. The sweetness of the rose was perfect in my opinion. Very nice strawberry just hitting at the mid palate, nit too sweet at all, just a drip of sweetness. good stuff
