Superb bottle of rosé champagne! Mineral, violets, petit fruits rouges, and blood orange. Very good depth.
Harmonius, quiet round and fullish palate. Good acidic structure. Blood orange, chocolate, creamy and red berries. Among the best rosé champagnes the group has tasted. And 1990 - what a vintage!
