Saturday, November 3, 2018 - Brilliant surprise to kick off an evening of Aussie exploration, with a fellow lover of wines from down under. A black stained cork in perfect condition, the 1st sigh of relief followed closely by a 2nd when i was hit with a wall of fresh fruit...its alive!

Intense, perfumed, pure and elegant. Blueberry, cassis, fresh menthol/herb, faint leather. Med+ grainy tannins and acid hanging strong. Pure blackcurrant, fig tarragon, fusty old leather, earth, ethereal lift.

Fin: Med, leather, faint oak. Classy.
