Saturday, May 16, 2020 - Under cork which crumbled on extraction. This particular bottle has a plumby cabernet overtones making me want to dive in head first. Soft succulent fruit with spice and pepper from the middle palate onwards. It leaves the mouth cleansed, but wanting more. Best bottle yet. Had with a full rack of pork ribs. Well matched.
