Thursday, November 9, 2023 - Pale, light golden in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of citrus, stone fruits & tropical notes with overtones of floral notes, herbal & minerals. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth texture, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of citrus, pineapple & peach, minerals & a hint of herbs. Crisp & dry lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although it may develop further with an additional year of aging.
