Saturday, April 16, 2022 - Same plan as last bottle...same notes, but with a little more age showing...

Opened, decanted and drank over five hours.
Deep, dark, Burgundy full bodied wine.
Loads of all spice, dark berries, with hints of oak, black tea and a whiff of anise. Beautiful nose.
Dry, nice balanced, tannin and acidity are working well. Tastes like the nose. Long finish. Absolutely delicious wine. This wine will go years more.
