  Not much has changed, although I did prefer the bottle with food this evening. It's become thick, chewy, chunky, but not in a bad way. Really delicious wine.

  Same plan as last bottle...same notes, but with a little more age showing...
  
  Opened, decanted and drank over five hours.
  Deep, dark, Burgundy full bodied wine.
  Loads of all spice, dark berries, with hints of oak, black tea and a whiff of anise. Beautiful nose.
  Dry, nice balanced, tannin and acidity are working well. Tastes like the nose. Long finish. Absolutely delicious wine. This wine will go years more.

  Opened, decanted and drank over five hours.
  Deep, dark, Royal purple, full bodied wine.
  Loads of all spice, dark berries, with hints of oak, black tea and a whiff of anise. Beautiful nose.
  Dry, nice balanced, tannin and acidity are working well. Tastes like the nose. Long finish. Absolutely delicious wine. This wine will go years more. Glad I grabbed twelve.
