Thursday, December 15, 2016 - A little too rustic for my taste despite a cracking vintage for Margaux. Very earthy nose initially dissipating after an hour in the decanter. Deep crimson color, black currants and earth on the nose and palate, good lift mid palate, not overly complex and a decent finish but no fireworks.
