Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Mandarin orange and white flowers, fresh apple and ginger. Lovely complex nose. The palette is pretty fresh, mainly the apple and ginger, with bitterness on the finish. On day one after pop and pour the bitterness was too pronounced and out of balance, however 48 hours later it settled down and became, while very primary, very nice.
