  30% Clairette, 30% Grenache, 20% Bourboulenc, 20% Roussane.
  
  Visually, very light muted golden color. A faint ochre.
  
  On the nose, fresh apples. Walking thru an orchard on an early morning. Faint floral notes, some honey.
  
  Palate? Crisp. Smooth. Decent amount of acidity, noticeable in the finish. Apples continued strongly, with peach/nectarine/apricot around the corner. Not too hot, at 13.5% - definitely not too dry, either.
  
  Served at 55 F, paired with a grilled chicken and fresh salad, quite enjoyable - opened up on the second glass about half an hour later. The third, almost at room temperature, really let it shine, most of my notes come from that one.

  Mandarin orange and white flowers, fresh apple and ginger. Lovely complex nose. The palette is pretty fresh, mainly the apple and ginger, with bitterness on the finish. On day one after pop and pour the bitterness was too pronounced and out of balance, however 48 hours later it settled down and became, while very primary, very nice.
