Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Color: pale straw
Nose: Pear, apple, honeysuckle, peach
Body: medium+ with flavors of honey, more flowers, baked apple, citrus peel, minerality. Strong acidity
Finish: very long with a mild phenolic bitterness to it. Continue to be impressed with how versatile this grape is and excited to try more producers and see what it tastes like with some serious age on it
