Sunday, October 30, 2022 - I’m a fan of this one. One of the more generous 2000’s I have had but not overdone. Deep ruby with a beautiful crimson rim. Opened and decanted three hours before dinner. Impactful nose of dark berries, herbs and wet tobacco. Robust and harmonious. The vintage suits this wine as it is fullish but also balanced with acidity. Long finish. Should drink well for a long time. Just entering prime drinking. (94)
