Sunday, September 1, 2019 - Opaque purple color turning crimson at the rim with a reflective edge. The nose gives off seared meat, cola, and warm dried herbs. The palate is full-bodied, dry, and intense with lively acidity. Flavors of blackberries, cloves, asphalt, black pepper and river stones form the intense core. Finishes long and sumptuous with hints of forest floor and charred fat. Drink now until 2035.
