Saturday, March 13, 2021 - Decanted for 4.5 hours.
Dark red color. Cassis and herbal Cabernet Sauvignon notes with vanillin nuances in the bouquet. Full-bodied and big structured Bordeaux whose tannins only completely resolve with 4+ Hours of aeration. Very Cabernet Sauvignon dominated flavor with cassis and vanilla flavors. Medium-long finish. Mature., though should hold another 5-7 years.
