Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - Slow-oxed for 15 hours upon serving into 薄はり葡萄酒器 (“Leaf” day): Purplish ruby to the eyes.

Liquorice, powdery cosmetics. Red cherries.

Clearly a lot more big bodied than the first two tasted. On palate this is purplish cherry fruits.

93-94 points.

Second round: inky, dark fruits and smoky florals, quite highly mineral, still unresolved tannins.
