Wednesday, November 1, 2023 - Tasted at Don Melchor vertical dinner with Enrique Tirado. 35th vintage of Don Melchor. So mineral compared to the 2020 - graphite and wet rocks. Quince, Eucalyptus, and black fruit. Long, textured, and complex on the palate. Terrific harmony and this will only improve with some age, but is a delight to drink now too.
