Monday, July 14, 2014 - A Champagne blind tasting with 5 (Bollinger GA 1999, De Sousa 3A, Gimonnet 2000, Egly-Ouriet V.P., Pommery Louise 1998) different bottles (7 persons). For me the 2nd best, overall 3rd splitted rank, I was suprised from the elegance and crispy clean acidity, Brioche, straight finish, 10 more years for maturing
