Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Bob’s cellar. Deep ruby red. Nose of organic funk, deep black fruit, dark zest of menthol and black cherry - feels very young and to a degree unformed. Has a very distinct redcurrant acidity on first tasting, some funkiness in the background, again seems very young and expected it to be more mature for its age. Having said that it be is a very good wine. Could easily take a few more years to mature.
