Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Tasted on day two. Silky mouth feel. Excellent balance between fresh apricot and sage. Hint of hazelnut on the finish. Missing some zippy acidity but I'm guessing it was there on day one, I'll find out when I open my other bottle.
