Saturday, April 4, 2020 - From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of a little cream, sweet spice, red berry, slight charcuterie, a little black pepper, biscuit, garrigue. The fruit that is there gets more jubey with time. In the mouth it's juicy, savoury, a little tight grippy tannins toy with the red cherry and berry, a little alcohol warmth and a tiny touch of bitterness.
