Monday, November 20, 2023 - Superb. An incredible achievement of New world Pinot Noir. A dead ringer for Burgundy. With both richness and decadence balanced with restraint and elegance. And just the right amount of cellar funk.
Smooth and ripe yet still structured and firm. Approachable and easy yet still worthy of the long-term cellar. Really quite perfect in almost every way.
Compared to the other Pinots from the same house and vintage, this one had the most darkness and spice.
Easily good for 20 years if you have the patience
