Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Text book barolo cru, wild nose with some floral notes mixed in with tar notes. Starting to show some brick red but still relatively clear with fine legs. Tannins are fine but still very present, wine seems to have a fair bit of life left. Seems to me to be acting more like the structured 96's than the really rich 97's.
