Wednesday, August 14, 2013 - Bleh. I had a great 2009 Foillard's "cuvee 3.14" the week before and fond memories of a 2009 Roilette Tardive last summer [admittedly after the fun of guiding the arete du cosmiques], so I thought I'd try the 2006.
Mistake. This had no depth, little nuance, none of the facets you'd hope to find in good burg, and yet seemed heavy and clumsy. Poor

8/14/2013 1:05:00 PM - So unlike other notes here - I wonder if your bottle was somehow flawed? I've occasionally had cru bojo that's been ever so slightly corked, just enough to flatten the wine, but not so much as to be overtly off. In any case, bummer!
