Monday, February 16, 2015 - Cherry and candied orange rind; creamed minerality, salty riding shorts. Seems to vacillate between smooth and tangy. Blue fruits. Golden turkey skin. Charcoal corduroy. Gains edge with air. Beyond great but also unassuming, making it hard to score. More Oregonian than Californian.
