Friday, September 16, 2022 - Opened 3 hours ahead. Beautiful nose of cassis, a touch of cedar and flowers. Plush, but with enough acid and tannins to maintrain freshness. Full bodied with plenty of dark, ripe fruit and a lond finish. This was followed by a 1997 Insignia that was perhaps a touch bigger and richer. Purchased on release and stored at 55 degrees. On a nice drinking plateau. 95 points
