Saturday, February 18, 2023 - This was outstanding, decanted and tucked in right away. Tobacco nose, red and black fruit, milk chocolate, with a hint of sweetness and plenty of mineral to balance. WOTN for me. Paired with braised lamb shank at Tuscany in SLC.
