Thursday, April 20, 2017 - Wine has continued to evolve into a super balanced well integrated cabernet blend. The malbec actually is more present at this stage even though its in the single percentages. Tannins have softened and the resulting blend is harmonious. Just a fine drinking wine. Entire table commented on how well the wine was drinking.
