Sunday, October 8, 2017 - 1 hour decant; beautiful blackberry cobbler nose; well-balanced, rich raspberry and cherry fruit, kirsch, lots of vanilla with an extra looong finish. Interesting that the fruit has not yet transcended the oak - outstanding with Morton's bone-in filet.
