Saturday, October 7, 2017 - The only wine served blind in the evening, decanted in the famous Shebang jug, and tasted after a 1992 Dominus Estate Napanook. Color was a little brighter reddish tint than the Napanook. Nose of crushed black cherries, leather, and forest floor. Palate was medium-bodied but still had more of a tannic bite. Still young with room to improve. I guessed it was a CA cab from the late '90s.
