Sunday, January 17, 2021 - Decanted 2 hours, cellared since 2005, nose was a bit muted, with faint hints of currants cassis, the palate was quite rich, concentrated and smooth with plum, dark cherry, a good dose of chocolate. This bottle was fully integrated but to be honest I was expecting more, none the less this was a delicious bottle that paired well with the beef tenderloin and multiple root veggies.
