Sunday, February 28, 2021 - Surprisingly different from the 2000 bottles I drank recently.
The taste seems much lighter, for lack of a better word, with more obvious hints of mineral flavors vs. the 2000.
Much less sediment in the neck vs the 2000.

I’ll update this post with more details on aromas and flavors when I open the 2nd bottle in a few days.
