Friday, July 16, 2021 - Opaque purple. Essence of cassis with saddle leather, fresh pipe tobacco, mesquite charcoal and Asian spice. Full through the mid-palate with rich, sweet dark berries and an interesting mineral tone. My only qualm was this was a bit drying on the back-end. Still, a fantastic bottle.
