2. Freshness that glides smoothly and maintains persistence through the rolling finish.
3. Medium-bodied overall.
4. Rounded dark earthy berry, leather, and black rocky soil notes.
5. Integrated elements/flavors - classically restrained but still giving in depth and controlled ripeness.

6. Does not pair well with caviar and potato chips......
