Tuesday, December 28, 2021 - Big juicy nose with lots of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry. Palate was much different from the nose. Little fruit but lots of Earthiness. Moist soil, tobacco, violet. Really well balanced with smooth tannins. Long finish and delicious. Decanted just enough to get the broken cork out and drank within 30 minutes. Excellent!
