Tuesday, December 20, 2011 - Dark dry chewy red Burg. A tad on lean side likely due to being a bit closed down, but offers up elegant drinking with pretty subtle spiced dark red cherry flavors. Nicely balanced and l suspect this opens more in time. Still a treat and Roumier style shines though.
